Jedes Jahr zur Rapsblüte zieht es mich in die Landschaft des Nordens.Das gelbe Blütenmeer taucht die Landschaft in ein magisches Licht.Das faszinierende bei solchen Landschaften, sie laden zum Träumen ein und lassen der Fantasie freien Lauf.

Like every year to the rape blossom it pulls me the north. The yellow sea of blossom dips the scenery in a magic light. Amusing with such sceneries them invite to the dream and let to the imagination free run.

Salzburg

Der Hohe Weg ist im unteren Teil der Verbindungsweg zwischen Festungs- und Nonnberggasse, im oberen führt er weiter bis zum zweiten Sperrbogen der Festung Hohensalzburg.Von da aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Altstadt.

The Hoher Weg is the connecting way between Festungs- and  Nonnberggasse in the lower part, in the upper one he further leads up to the second locking curve of the Hohensalzburg castle. From there from one has a marvellous look about the Old Town.

Mirabellgarten

 Die barocke Stadt Salzburg mit ihren romantischen Flair bietet eine Vielzahl von Motiven.Der Mirabellgarten ist aber eines der Schönsten überhaupt.Wie eine Bühne ist die Kulisse.Es ist ein Stück in 3 Akten.Im Vordergrund der Garten darüber die Altstadt und der letzte Akt ist die Burg die alles umschließt. The baroque city of Salzburg with their romantic atmosphere offers a huge number of motives. However, the Mirabellgarten is one of the nicest at all. Like a stage is the scenery. It is a piece in 3 acts. In the foreground the garden about that the Old Town and the last act is the castle everything surrounds.

Speicherstadt

In der Hamburger Speicherstadt zu malen ist immer wieder etwas besonderes. Eine mystische Stille und Ruhe in der sonst hektischen Großstadt breitet sich vor einem aus. Besonders im Gegenlicht ist das Motiv reizvoll ,da alles auf ein Minimum reduziert wird.

In the Hamburg harbour is to be painted over and over again something special. A mystic silence and rest in the usually hectic city spreads out before. Particularly in the back light the motive is attractive, because everything is reduced to a minimum.

                                 

Hamburger Fischhalle

 Der Hamburger Hafen ist sehr Facettenreich und es bieten sich immer wieder neue Sichtweisen die man vorher nicht so wahrgenommen hat. Hier der Blick auf die alte Fischhalle im Hamburger Hafen auf kleinen Format.

The Hamburg harbour  is very many-faceted and new perceptions one do not come up over and over again before thus has perceived. Here the look at the old fish hall in the Hamburg harbour on small format.

                    

Sunflowers

Diesesmal faszinierten mich die Sonnenblumen mit gefüllten Blüten, die bereits Van Gogh in seinen berühmten Bildern verewigte. Bei der Bildkomposition bezog ich die Vase und den Tisch mit ein.

Now the sunflowers with full blossoms aready van Gogh fascinated me ,in its famous pictures perpetuated.With th compositon of a picture I incorporated the vase and the table.

                                      

Gentle Light

Rainer Sebald „Sonnenblumen im sanften Licht“ (Aquarell) 21x35cm (2014)

Bei diesem Bild habe ich mich von vielen Details getrennt , um das sanfte Licht das auf dem Feld mit Sonnenblumen ruht ,  einzufangen. Bei diesen Sonnenblumenbild verwendete ich ein rauhes Handgeschöpftes Büttenpapier aus Nepal , dadruch bekommt das Bild eher Abstrakte Züge.

With this picture I have separeted from too many details around the gentle light on the field with sunflowers rests to catch. With these sunflower picture I used a rough hand-scooped paper to Nepal , the picture there by get rather abstract.

                               

Sur les toits de Cordes

Qui ne voudrait pas voler volontiers comme un oiseau et voir le monde d’en haut. Ici un regard fantastique sur les toits de Cordes.

Who would not like like a bird fly and see the world from above. Here a dreamlike look above the roof of Cordes.

Le feu lilas de la Provence

Das lila Feuer der Provence zur Lavendelblüte. Für mich als Maler eine Herausforderung, die liebliche Landschaft des Luberon expressiv umzusetzen.

Le feu lilas de la Provence à la fleur de lavande. Pour moi comme artiste voir un défi le paysage gracieux de Luberon de ma manière.

The mauve fire of the Provence to the lavender blossom. For me as a painter a challenge to move the charming scenery of the Luberon expressively.
